I haven't done any of x or x2 so I don't have any comparison to make there, but I found the program to be fairly challenging while still fitting into my schedule pretty well. I didn't really change my diet very much, so I didn't lose any weight, but I gained a lot of fitness. I did x3 + the x3 elite block for 120 days straight without missing a workout.
